Why it’s Good
Improves Mental and Physical Performance
Our energy bundle is formulated to provide all of the B vitamins needed to produce energy from the food that we eat along with a unique blend of vitamins, phospholipids and botanical extracts including ginseng and iodine. Many modern diets lack sufficient levels of vitamin B12, which can lead to feelings of deep fatigue, mood changes and prevents you from feeling your best and performing at your highest energy level.
With CoQ10
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is needed for the mitochondria, which are the tiny energy centres in each of our cells. Not only does CoQ10 scavenge and destroy free radicals that can cause inflammatory disease, it sparks energy production in every cell of your body.

Our Honest Opinion
There is good research showing that vitamin B12 helps with the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 is needed for the production of ATP, an essential molecule required for energy production. There is significant research showing that B12 deficiency can lead to anaemia. Further research suggests that the prevalence of vitamin B12 deficiency might be greater than initially thought, especially in vegetarians and vegans, the elderly and young adults.
There is a wealth of scientific evidence to show that B vitamins are needed for their contribution to a normal energy-yielding metabolism. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has published numerous scientific opinions to this effect. There is emerging research confirming the importance of CoQ10 as an energy-producing nutrient.
Cognitive decline has been described as the silent epidemic of the 21st century and is caused by vascular cell damage. Ginkgo biloba is a source of plant bioflavonoids, which are noted for the action of their antioxidants in scavenging free radicals, which reduces cell damage. Ginkgo biloba has been shown to enhance circulation in all parts of the body and may help with improved memory function and recall.
B vitamins are needed for energy production
B vitamins are required for many metabolic reactions within the body. Any increased physical and mental activity increases the body’s requirement for B vitamins, as they are involved in the processing of carbohydrates and fats for energy production. B vitamins are needed to help form haemoglobin in red blood cells, a major requirement of oxygen delivery to the muscles needed in energy production.
Improves mental and physical performance
Physical activity, emotional stress, boredom and a lack of sleep can all cause low energy and motivation. However ginseng has been shown to reduce fatigue and enhance performance.
Vitamin B12 lowers homocysteine
Increased homocysteine levels in the blood are associated with blood vessel damage, which can lead to high blood pressure, heart attack and stroke. Aside from this too much homocysteine can negatively impact cell health, which is linked to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Studies have shown that vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin is necessary for the conversion of homocysteine to methionine.
Helps improve memory
Experts have found that zinc can help with visual memory, working memory, attention and reaction time amongst older adults. Gingko biloba has been shown to be an effective anti-inflammatory that increases antioxidant activity, lowers oxidative stress and improves circulation – all important factors for maintaining cognitive health.
CoQ10 improves energy
CoQ10 exists in the mitochondria, which are the tiny energy centres in each of our cells. CoQ10 sparks energy production in every cell of your body. Although CoQ10 is produced naturally in the body, production wanes dramatically with age and in the presence of specific diseases. Certain medications, especially cholesterol-blocking statins can also interfere with CoQ10 production. One recent study found a beneficial effect when supplementing CoQ10 to patients with high blood pressure and heart problems.
A lack of vitamin B12 can cause anaemia
Vitamin B12 is needed to make red blood cells, which carry oxygen to all parts of your body. If you’re deficient in B12, you may not make enough of these red blood cells, which means your tissues and organs won’t get enough oxygen. This is called vitamin B12 deficiency anaemia, or megaloblastic anaemia. It has been shown that taking vitamin B12 supplements may help overcome this type of anaemia. As vitamin B12 is really only found in foods from animal sources, people on vegan diets benefit from vitamin B12 supplementation.
Iron helps transport oxygen
Iron deficiency is a common nutritional deficiency and is most commonly linked to the development of anaemia, which happens when you don’t produce enough healthy red blood cells. Iron helps metabolise proteins and plays a role in the production of haemoglobin and red blood cells, helping to prevent anaemia from forming. Low iron levels are typically caused by blood loss, poor diet, or an inability to absorb enough iron from food. Anaemia usually results in low energy levels, but can affect many parts of the body from the brain to the immune system.
