Can I retake the consultation?

Yes, you can. Simply visit your account area select ‘my consultation results’ from the menu on the left and then click ‘retake consultation.’ We recommend you take the consultation every couple of months to make sure you stay in tip-top shape. If there are any major changes to your lifestyle or diet during the time you’re taking Everly we recommend retaking the consultation more frequently.


Can I take my pack with lunch or in the evening, if I forget in the morning?

You can take your supplements at any time during the day but we recommend you take them with food for best results.


Is all the packaging you use recyclable?

Here at Everly, we too are very mindful of the environment. So, yes the daily pouches & Everly tubes are 100% recyclable.


When will I notice a difference?

Our customers typically report noticeable results after 3 months, when their body has fully absorbed all their nutrients.


I am pregnant, can I take Everly vitamins?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking any medication, please consult your doctor before use.


How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order any time before it has been “packed” to receive a full refund. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your account.
  • In your account dashboard, select “Orders” to view your recent and upcoming orders.
  • Choose the order you’d like to cancel and select the cancellation option if available.

Please note: We send a reminder email 4-5 days before any subscription renewal, allowing you the option to cancel before the renewal is processed.

If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to process a refund as our products are personalised.

Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel any pending or renewal orders. Each order must be cancelled separately.


Is the vitamin pack personalised?

Our online consultation asks a series of questions to gather information on diet, lifestyle, health history and health goals. Based on this information we suggest nutrients, vitamins and minerals for your formula backed by our nutritional experts. This generates a formula that is specifically tailored to help you achieve your goals.


What will I get in my daily pack?

Four daily capsules are included in your daily pack, made with a blend of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients special to you. In some cases, supplements contain two daily capsules, so you might receive more capsules per day.


What age can I take the vitamins from?

Unfortunately, we do not offer vitamins to children under 18.


How much does an Everly subscription cost?

Your first pack will cost you £9 per month, and then you will be charged £39 per month from your second month onwards.


Which vitamins do I need?

If you haven’t already, please take our personalised consultation on our website. The results will give you an idea of vitamins to choose from, based on the answers you give.


How can I be sure that your dosages are enough for me?

If you have a specific deficiency, we recommend talking to your GP. However, all of our products are created by our specialist team of expert nutritionists and dieticians with the right dosages to support a healthy diet and lifestyle.


I have difficulty swallowing vitamins, can I empty the capsules, add the powder to water and digest them that way?

Our capsules are not designed to be opened, however, if you were to mix the powder with food or water, it would still work and be absorbed by the body in the same way.


Where can I find the ingredients and nutritional information of each product?

Go to our website, click on a product and halfway down that page you will see the ingredients and a link that says ‘view nutritional information’


Do the monthly Everly packs fit through the letter box?

Our Everly tubes are circular, so they wouldn’t fit through a normal-sized letterbox. We can deliver it to your workplace or it could be left with a neighbour.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders.


Which delivery service do you use?

We use Royal Mail to send your Everly packs. Delivery takes between 3-5 working days.


Do you ship internationally?

At this present time, we do not ship outside of the UK unfortunately. However, it is something we are looking to introduce soon. Keep an eye out on our website.


Can I delay my next delivery date?

Yes, you can. You can pause your next delivery at any time and you can delay delivery by 1, 2 or 3 weeks. This can be helpful when you’re away on holiday or you’ve missed a few days and you’re catching up. This can be done from within your account area by clicking ‘my orders’ in the menu on the left.


I’m going to run out of vitamins before my next Everly pack arrives.

Yes, absolutely you can amend your Everly pack to add different vitamins or take out existing ones. On your account, go to your pack and click ‘add to pack’ and/or ‘remove’ to amend your selection.
