Why it’s Good
Made in the UK
Our cognitive function supplement is formulated to enhance cognition and boost memory, two of the most vital processes carried out in the brain. It contains a unique blend of vitamins, phospholipids and botanical extracts.
Formulated with Ginseng and Iodine
Optimum functioning of the brain seems to be affected by iodine deficiency and this has a negative effect on nerve transmission. Iodine deficiency is common as it competes in the body with both chlorine and fluoride, which can be present in water supplies. Ginseng supports healthy brain cells, cognitive health and a healthy nervous system.

Our Honest Opinion
Cognitive decline has been described as the silent epidemic of the 21st century and is caused by vascular cell damage. Ginkgo biloba is a source of plant bioflavonoids, which are noted for the action of their antioxidants in scavenging free radicals, which reduces cell damage. Ginkgo biloba has been shown to enhance circulation in all parts of the body and may help with improved memory function and recall. There has been some promising research showing that ginkgo biloba helps protect the brain from toxicity associated with aluminium chloride, which has been linked to Alzheimer’s disease and other cognitive impairments.
Helps improve memory
Experts have found that zinc can help with visual memory, working memory, attention and reaction time amongst older adults. Gingko biloba has been shown to be an effective anti-inflammatory that increases antioxidant activity, lowers oxidative stress and improves circulation – all important factors for maintaining cognitive health.
Helps maintain vision and eye health
Gingko biloba appears to be beneficial for eye health since it improves blood flow to the eyes. As an antioxidant it also helps fight free radical damage that can harm the tissues of the eye, including the retina. Some studies have found gingko to be effective at lowering the risk for age-related macular degeneration. Circulation factors and oxidative damage are thought to be two primary causes of vision loss and other age-related eye disorders.
Improves mental and physical performance
Physical activity, emotional stress, boredom and a lack of sleep can all cause low energy and motivation. However ginseng has been shown to reduce fatigue and enhance performance.
Reduces mental decline
The nutrients phosphotidylserine and phosphotidylcholine are vital for the efficient functioning of cells, as they form the structure of cell membranes. The cell membrane allows nutrients to move into the cell and toxic waste to be pumped out. A build-up of toxic waste in brain cells has been linked with mental decline.
Diminishes the frequency and intensity of migraines and headaches
Ginkgo biloba may help reduce the amount of pain associated with headaches and migraines and may also make them less frequent. Certain studies showed that gingko reduced the severity of headaches in schoolchildren with the same success as paracetamol.
